Sarah Toohey
Behaviour Support Practitioner
Sarah is currently on extended leave until February 2026.
Sarah is an NDIS registered Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner. Sarah has a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) and is currently undertaking a Masters in Applied Behavioural Analysis from Monash University.
Sarah has over 13 years experience working with children, teenagers and young adults with behaviours of concern in the educational setting and over 4 years working with clients across the lifespan with various presentations such as ASD, developmental disorders, intellectual disabilities and mental illness.
Sarah is highly skilled in working with families and has a passion for delivering individually designed therapies to her clients.
Hannah is an NDIS registered Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner. Hannah has a Bachelor of Social Work (Honours) from Sydney University, a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) and a Diploma of Community Services.
Hannah has worked with adults with complex mental illness for over 15 years and is specialised in delivering behaviour support interventions to NDIS participants with complex mental health presentations and developmental disorders. For the last 7 years Hannah has worked as a behaviour support practitioner in the Northern Rivers and has developed extensive knowledge and strong links with the local community.
Hannah has a passion for teaching support teams how to utilise existing skills and strategies to better support our clients, drawing from her experience as a TAFE teacher and educator.
